Angel Tree Services verifies identity and, when applicable, authority to act for a customer, organization, property, or employee account before disclosing or changing records.
Correction
Ask us to review inaccurate contact, account, or service information.
Deletion
Ask us to evaluate information for deletion, restriction, or de-identification.
Account or access removal
Ask to delete a login identity, revoke sessions, or unlink platform access.
Send the request securely
Email only enough information for us to contact you. Do not include passwords, portal links, payment-card details, government identifiers, or sensitive documents in the first message.
What happens next
- We acknowledge and classify the request.
- We verify identity and authority without revealing whether an arbitrary account exists.
- We identify affected login, customer, organization, property, operational, financial, and audit records separately.
- We respond with the available action or explain why a business, security, accounting, or legal record must be retained.
